How can you develop a database you can access anywhere?

How can I develop a worldwide platform for my database?

You can get register your domain with Godaddy and then host your domain with someone like HostGator.

Build your webforms in PHP and your database in MySQL. You can then administer the data in your MySQL database from your desktop with MS Access. If you need a good PHP.MySQL book, click here: PHP MySQL Book

Connect from Access to MySQL using the “mysql-connector-odbc-3.51.30-win32.msi” ODBC connector. Just Google it and you can download it for free.
